I have lived in Madrid for the past three years, and while searching for a good recipe for Papas Arrugadas and Mojo Picón, I stumbled upon your beautiful blog. You&#039;ve done a great write-up about the foods you ate while here, and I have to agree that drinking a glass of sweet vermouth and enjoying some fried bacalao or other tapas around the city is really one of my favorite things about Madrid. And to think, home in Orlando I got practically scoffed at by a bartender at a restaurant that couldn&#039;t understand why on earth I just wanted sweet vermouth and how I wanted it served. Looking forward to reading more!</description>
