		<description>i&#039;ve been visiting your blog for a while now but never posted!  I finally tried this recipe and although I did not have the special truffles (which I&#039;ve ordered), this was lovely.  Next time I might actually leave out all or most of the walnuts because we love the pure truffle flavor, but thank you for introducing us to this product and sauce!</description>
