Mario never attended C school either. And he’s the best Italian celebrity chef that has EVER LIVED. Giada, on the other hand, is everything that is wrong with Italian cooking today. Her head is enourmous, she over pronounces Italian words, and she is far to precious to be any good.

Oh, some poster actually posted that they’ve been to Italy and NEVER seen a fat italian? Yeah, OK. I believe you. Get real. I lived and worked throughout Italy. Beleive me, there are PLENTY of fat Italians. More active than fat people here, but just as fat. Food means far far too much to the Italian people for it NOT to have claimed its fair share of lardasses. But they walk, and walk and walk. And eat and eat and eat. I loved it then, and I love it now.

What the food channel needs is a colorful Italian AMERICAN cook. I know, I know,its not what the food snobs want. But its what AMERICA wants. Meatballs or Tonnato? Please. Scampi or Gamberetti. Again. No contest. I love Mario and even HE understands the importance of Litty Italy cooking.

Annoying list.
1. THe barefoot contesta. (the thought of barefoot makes me puke a little) Yeah, we know. You married money (You CERTAINLY DIDN’T MAKE IT YOURSELF. THAT LITTLE GOURMET SHOP BARELY HUNG ON) You have a ton of gay friends, so your a now, PC person. And grey sea salt is simply A MUST. Go F yourself.
2. Semi home made or whatever she’s called.
3. Giada. Her hands have NEVER TOUCHED a knife unless a camera is on them or her husband is getting too old.
4. Ray, because she’s such a phony.
5. Alton Brown. I know I’m in the minority, but food just can’t be broken down into a mathematical formula. Maybe if you have all day to cook for 4 people, but not in real food life.

Oh, I LOVE that MILF who makes 3 or four meals at once. Can’t cook for crap, but THAT is hot.

Because truth be told if 90% of the guys out there hooked up with a broad who could cook like Ray, they’d be bragging about what a great cook she is. And, compared to MOST americans, she is. American woman as a whole ALWAYS joke about being lousy cooks, because MAKING RESERVATIONS is much more appealing to most women than MAKING FOOD.

Does she suck compared to Batali? Of course, he is the Caruso of the culinary world, a once in a lifetime talent. (can you imagine HIM AND WHITE IN THE SAME KITCHEN?) She also sucks compared to Emiril, Puck, Flay, Boni, Bastianich etc/ She bites compared to most chefs who AREN’T celebrity chefs. But I’m sure she can cook CIRCLES around that slob Garten, all boobs Giada, Alton brown, and many others. She’s just annoying. ANd a *unt in real life.
I don’t think she deserves the break she got, but that’s many people.

And any woman with an ass THAT big should be blessed with AT LEAST a B cup.
