Forgot to say thank you so much for the pasta tip! I’ll never follow Hugh’s recipe again, so silly hanging pasta lol but photo looks kind of cool. Was planning to follow Jamie Oliver’s method, watched him make pasta last week within 5 minutes. Off to have a read of all your other pasta recipes along with the sites you listed. Ta
