		<description>great recipe.  i just googled &#039;sausage and kale&#039; as i sat in the market, just to get an idea, and this one in the first page of results.  a quick review confirmed that this is exactly what i wanted, and the approach was just what i would do.

i did add a bit of chicken stock, but it would have been fine with just pasta water.  

a home run!</description>
