@Islandspyce: interesting combo with the habaneros, mustard and anchovies. If you thought anchovies were strange but tried them anyway and liked it, then we're prepared to believe that the addition of hot peppers works too. Thanks for letting us know!

This was the tastiest lamb I have ever made (that wasn't curry)! I wasn't sure about the anchovies, but they made this dish perfect. Adding a sprig of fresh finely chopped rosemary and minced a little less than half of a scotch bonnet pepper to our six shoulder chops (we like things spicy) made this dish an instant family favorite! Thank you for sharing! :)

Thank you! We agree. In fact, that is one of the dishes we make at least once or twice a month. It's quick, easy, cheap and absolutely delicious.

Thank you so much for posting this recipe. I made it a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. I could not remember all of the ingredients and your site was the first one where I could find it. My kids even enjoyed this recipe because it minimizes the intense flavor of the lamb. I highly recommend this recipe.

I'm not sure we've ever had lamb chops and we do love lamb. I'll have to star this and get back to it at some point!

I never tell people what I put in my food anyway. I just ask new guests if they have any allergies or restrictions, then I alter accordingly. One time, though, I was annoyed by a vegan and left the fish sauce in my Thai curry anyway. I know, I'm going straight to hell. (She loved it though!)

Well done..eat this with your hands!
