Before I got down to your mention of Tintin, I totally said to myself that the tomato triangles look just like the radiating lines of consternation frequently seen above characters’ heads in that comic.

Thanks for these little insights into Spanish cuisine … I’ve never been to Spain but its on the top of my travel list. Primarily because I want to enjoy its amazing food culture.
